grateful for a relaxing escape
attentive staff well-kept grounds delicious food
the staff was very attentive, they handled our luggage efficiently. we appreciated the well-kept grounds, everything looked beautiful. the food was delicious, and i especially enjoyed the fresh omelets at breakfast. music at dinner and around the pool was nice, it.
The location is somewhat remote. Taxis were occasionally hard to find.

the staff provided prompt taxi bookings each day and they ran smoothly. the reception staff were helpful, assisting with various requests quickly. housekeepers cleaned the super clean room daily, everything was perfect.

poor wifi slow service
The hotel seemed more like a day club. poolside sunbeds were given to day guests first. wi-fi was poor. A spoon was missing at breakfast and the staff kept forgetting things. it often took over 30 minutes to get coffee, i found it very frustrating

the hotel grounds were beautiful with lush greenery. the pool area was special i found the waitresses and waiters helpful. the breakfast was tasty and more than enough.

I was excited about my stay, the photos made it seem so serene. however, the reality was different. The advertised restaurant had very limited hours. it was especially frustrating that despite multiple requests, i never received a final invoice, unprofessional. the front desk service left much to be desired! the opening hours, unprofessional service

the staff was very helpful, especially karema. she helped me with everything. the hotel was also very pretty. it was very clean.
the restaurant had very limited opening hours. also, the hotel has still refused to send me a final invoice for my stay and extras, EVEN after asking multiple times. front desk service was unprofessional.

An really good experience!
immaculate design stylish sun loungers helpful staff
I was impressed by the hotel's immaculate design. The attention to detail was evident EVERYWHERE, from the Moroccan doors to the carefully chosen lampshades. The pool areas had a great vibe with stylish sun loungers and relaxing chill areas. The staff helped me to book restaurants and bars, going above and beyond.
The restaurant's opening hours were quite LIMITED, which sometimes affected dinner plans.

Breakfast was very tasty, offering more than enough food to start the day, it meant I did not need lunch. The dishes were well prepared. Each meal was like a culinary journey due to the fresh ingredients. The restaurant offers a wide range of local and international meals.

The staff provided attentive service, anticipating needs before I expressed them. The team organized transportation and offered recommendations. The owner greeted guests each day, checking to see if they were having a pleasant stay. This gave it such a nice personal feel.
